This website provides information on some of the buildings, places, people and events which have played a part in the history of Garforth.
Currently the first three sections, listed below, follow the route of the Heritage Walk around Garforth . It is a developing site and more locations will be added over time.
- Garforth Station along Aberford Road to Townend
- Townend – Main street – Lidgett lane
- Lidgett Lane – Church Lane – St Mary’s Church.
